I have done Fat Furnace twice and have been really happy with the results losing 11.5lbs and 11lbs. It is tough but with the support of the group, my partner and Craig I got through it! Doing it as part of a group really helped – if you like a challenge you will get through under the support and guidance of Craig but you must be organised and prepare your food. I have participated in the fat furnace “challenge” twice now. My aim was not to lose weight but to help with my fitness whilst supporting my partner to lose weight.
