A High Recommendation
Craig helped me to see the sense in eating the right things and encouraged me to make that little extra effort. Planning and preparing food the night before was key for me, especially for long car journeys so I didn’t just grab a sandwich and a pack of crisps.
Craig has definitely eaten me thin. Since I’ve trained with him I’ve eaten more than ever but only the right stuff. The last hurdle for me is to lose the rest of the beer belly, but as Craig says, tiny footsteps.

I have been seeing Craig for 10 months. He’s made my PT experience engaging and varied. He has coached and pushed me to way beyond what I could achieve on my own. He’s flexible and works around my time too.
Today I weigh 14st 12lb. Yes, you need to turn up and put in the effort but you also need a good PT to join YOU on YOUR journey. Craig is that person for me. I cannot recommend Simply Fit enough!
