Personalised training programs

A balanced, progressive approach to reaching your goals

We DO NOT give our clients ‘cut & paste’ plans. Why? Because these kind of plans never work long term. We take the time to understand our clients goals and form plans around their lifestyle that build habits for life long, sustainable, fitness success.

Unlimited Small Group Workouts

No one session is the same!

Each week our members have access to book onto as many of our 30+ small group workouts as they wish. We know exercise is king, and you're currently struggling to make time to get to the gym. These 30-minute workouts are designed to give you everything you need to cover your exercise needs for the week. And as stated, the workouts are always vastly different each day, meaning boring same-old workouts are a thing of the past.

Measuring assessments

What get's measured, gets managed.

When we take on a new client, we have to know where their starting point is. This is repeated at specific intervals throughout your journey (usually every 6 weeks).

Nutrition assessments

We don’t deliver ‘cut-and-paste’ nutrition plans. We believe that strategically changing habits over time, is most effective way to help someone not only achieve successful weight loss, but maintain it for life.

Weekly check-ins

This is a 5-15 minute video (or phone) call between you and the trainer and is there to have an extra level of support for you. And is totally inclusive in your PT package.

Our training sessions:

One thing we hear from new clients all the time, is that their experience of training with their last trainer was a feeling of dread before every session; the sessions were really hard and they didn’t look forward to them. Can you relate to this too?

 

Our belief is that this is totally counterproductive. Don’t get me wrong, our sessions are not easy – far from it! But we know that if you don’t enjoy your sessions, and look forward to the next one, how long are you going to stick to your program?

Banded focus

As we come to you, we can’t exactly bring a whole gym with us! So instead we mainly focus our training around resistance bands. Why these? We know you’re super busy – so learning how to use this versatile and easy-to-transport equipment can be a total game changer. No longer will you get p****d off for missing your favourite class – you can do your exercise program anywhere at any time.

 

Oh by the way… we provide you with a free set of bands when you sign up! Winning!

Resistance, cardio and core based workouts

Resistance training is really important to your weight loss goals. We all know that faster metabolisms mean quicker weight loss, and building muscle tone is the single most important thing you can do to increase your metabolism.

 

On top of that, we want all our clients to feel fitter, stronger and healthier. Our cardio & core sessions are great to help you feel a noticeable improvement in your day to day fitness and also to aid the burning of extra calories.
