Before I signed up with Simply Fit, I had let myself get back to a weight that I was embarrassed by & unhappy with. I had seen Craig’s information in my local area and decided to bite the bullet!
During my consultation, Craig explained everything fully & immediately made me feel at ease. Knowing that he understood that everyone is human & strict diet plans are not sustainable made me look forward to working with them. One month after I signed up we got hit with the lockdown. Simply Fit, along with all of us changed their whole way of working to online, what didn’t change was their help & support throughout lockdown.
I can’t recommend Simply Fit enough. Their help, support & knowledge is absolutely second to none! I couldn’t have been where I am today – 4 stone lighter (and counting) – without the new mindset that they helped me build.

SIMPLY FIT’s sessions were extremely personalised for my needs but also very educational. They not only trained me but taught me how to exercise independently and put me on track for good eating habits too. In the short term with Simply Fit, I lost over a stone and 7% body fat; the transformation in my body was very recognisable and I was confident on the holiday for which I had set my goal. However, in the long term, I gained the independence to continue in these habits and ensure that I remained fitter, healthier and overall a lot happier. In the years to follow I maintained a weight that I was really happy with but also continued to look after myself and prioritise my health.
